- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., opened lash adhesives) are non-returnable.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us using the contact page and a member of the customer service team will reach out to you (usually within 48hrs).
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you on how to return the original item and place a new order.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
